Prices and general conditions
- Prices are in Euro per day for the indicated occupancy and for a minimum stay of three days.
- The booked apartment may not be occupied by more people (including infants) than indicated and agreed at the time of booking.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas; throwing cigarette butts from windows or balconies is also prohibited.
- It is not allowed to remove objects, equipment or kitchen furnishings from the apartment.
- Pets are not accepted! Thank you for your understanding.
Prices include:
- Daily bread delivery service with a wide selection of bread, croissants and doughnuts.
- Guest Pass: travel free on public transport throughout South Tyrol and enjoy exclusive discounts on guided hikes and events, bookable online or at the Alta Badia tourist offices.
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change.
- Midweek apartment cleaning with change of kitchen and bathroom linen.
- Final cleaning.
- Private parking in front of the property.
- Wi-Fi connection.
- Heated ski storage with boot dryers and warmers.
- Bike storage during the summer months.
Surcharges:
- The indicated prices are subject to a local tourist tax of €2.30 per person per day for guests over 14 years of age. The tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Arrival and departure:
- Apartments are reserved from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking and deposit:
- The booking is binding once the agreed deposit has been received and our written confirmation has been issued.
- The deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking acceptance by bank transfer.

Payment terms
For the payment of your stay we offer the following options:
- We accept credit cards, except for Diners Club and American Express.
- If you wish to pay by cheque, please present it on the day after your arrival for redemption.
- Payment by bank transfer must be completed before your arrival.
Cash payments are accepted up to an amount of €5,000.00. For higher amounts or remaining sums, we ask you to either pay by credit card or cheque or to settle the amount in advance by bank transfer. Guests from non-EU countries, such as Russia and Switzerland, may also pay higher amounts in cash.
Cancellation policy
(pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code):
Unexpected events can always occur, and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
According to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- 60 days before arrival: loss of the deposit.
- Less than 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Less than 30 to 9 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.
- From 8 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, reduced number of guests, early departure or no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation, early departure, or late arrival.
